West Lab Club Y registration is open.
West Lab families can register through EZChildTrack. Every family registering for a YMCA-managed Club Y program must create a new account, including returning YMCA families. Select Open Account/ New Parents to begin. Registration at other YMCA-managed Club Y locations is coming soon. Key Biscayne families register directly with KBCEF.

Three steps to lift off.

Choose a club
Review your location's options. West Lab families can register through the parent portal. Key Biscayne families continue directly to KBCEF. Registration at all other locations is coming soon.

Wait for minimum enrollment
Registration is a request, not acceptance. Children are not accepted until the club reaches its required minimum enrollment.
- 03
Receive confirmation
Watch for an acceptance email and next steps from the organization managing registration. Your family may be contacted if an intake is required.
Before your club begins
Two essentials for every Club Y family.
Complete both steps before your child's first club meeting: arrange required student accident insurance and review the family handbook.
Required for all Club Y clubs
M-DCPS student accident insurance
Every child participating in Club Y at an M-DCPS location must have student accident insurance, including YMCA-managed clubs and Key Biscayne partnership programs. Visit HSR K12 Student Insurance, select Florida, Miami Dade County Public Schools, and coverage year 2026–2027.

At school, grades 7–8$14
Athletics coverage is not required for Club Y. Families who need broader coverage may select an available 24-hour or athletics plan instead of the at-school option.
