Is there a cost for this support?
Support through Y Family Compass is free. Individual benefits, scholarships, and programs have their own eligibility and approval requirements.
Can I get help virtually?
Support may be arranged virtually or at YMCA and community locations. Contact our team to discuss the option that works for your family.
Do I need an appointment?
Many services require an appointment, including tax preparation. Start with the support request form or contact our team to arrange your next step.
Which languages are available on the form?
The Family Information Form is available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Choose your language at the top of the form.
What happens after I request support?
Our Family Support Team reviews your request and contacts you about next steps. Timing depends on the assistance needed. We can help with applications, renewals, and follow-up.
